1924 Establishment as a company, Gräbner und Co.

1927 Resettlement at Triptis, with production profile of stencils and plastic presses.

1936 Extension of the tool construction and increasing the size of existing production building.

1948 Expropriation and nationalisation by the Soviet Military Administration.

1952 Setting of the press production, concentration on construction and manufacturing moulds for the plastic processing.

1959 Establishment of a new operator training factory.

1965 Extension of tools for construction, creation of own inspection and free spraying capacities.

1968 Introduction of lowering erosion technology.

1972 Production introduction of the technology of Stretch steered NC Milling.

1973 First application of Electrolytic De-scaling and polishing the building of Moulds after one of our enterprise procedures is modified.

1974 Introduction of the technology of the Stretch steered NC coordinate, on the basis of 2 open-side coordinate boring machines.

1978 Construction of a new hardener for our own heat treatment of the tool parts.

1982 Technology of CNC – rotation is introduced to the company.

1983 Introduction of technology of CNC - Milling with a perpendicular milling centre.

1985 Introduction of production of CNC – treatment of lowering erosion with the first machine.

1986 Introduction of technology of CNC - wire erosion

1987 A further CNC - wire erosion machine, both to be the first CAM jobs in the company were created.

1990 Establishment of the FKT building, Plastic Technology GmbH and extension of the Technical School

1991/95 Modernisation and restructuring of the entire operational machines and plants to a new, modern and efficient company for the building moulds with own Inspection and Free spraying Department. 

1996 Introduction of the HSC - milling technology and certifying of the square meter system according to German Institute for Standardisation EN ISO 9001. 

1997 Employment of the 3D software Eureka

1998 Capacity expansion in the HSC milling wire and lowering erosion



1999 Extension of the building of moulds, plastic engineering with multi-component Injection moulding technology. 

2000 Technological extension of the HSC milling and the touched up technology

2001 Introduction of Robot - supporting manufacturing in the technologies of eroding and milling machines.

2002 Construction of new hall building with approx. 1000 m2, useable surface for production of mould pouring tools to 12 t.

2003 Introduced simultaneous 5-axis milling for workpieces up to 5 t.

2004 Increased wire-erosion operating levels via the use of water bath technology. Installed prototyping plant with 3-dimensional plotter.

2005 Expanded 5-axis milling; 5-axis guided handling system in plastics manufacture. 

2006 Introduced metal-laser sintering. Introduced precision hard milling and built first pressure casting tool.

2007 Expanded automatic electrode production. Introduced additive manufacturing precision machining of plastic components.

2008 Opened new service and technology center.

2009 Flexible measuring techniques for contoured measuring in manufacturing. Established test laboratory at plastics technical center.

2010 Facilitated simultaneous 5-axis processing up to 8 t. Introduced 5-axis milling of plastic components. Expanded injection mold technology in plastics technical center by way of a machine with 2 injection and 2 closure units for tiered applications and multi-component techniques.
