Management System

Following the structural and organizational reconfiguration of our company in 1994 and 1995, after intensive consultations with a renowned quality management consultancy, the standard known as DIN ISO 9001 was introduced and certified in 1996.

Its use guarantees that all specialized, commercial and technical operations that influence the quality of our services are strategized, guided, and monitored. It also ensures that contractually-specified client requests as well as government and legal requirements are all met.

During the restructuring of the management system to the process-oriented revision of DIN EN 9001:2000 in 2002, the ever-increasing significance of environmental protection was taken into account. In conclusion, the environmental standard EN ISO 14001 was integrated into our management system.

Moreover, the requirements of the automobile industry were  incorporated into our management system at an early stage.
All procedures are in alignment with TS16949 and can be demonstrated with the required quality documents.

Every employee has Intranet access to the quality management system, thus guaranteeing permanent access to the most current quality documents. By improving our procedures on an ongoing basis, our success rate continues to increase with our clients' expectations, thus meeting the criteria for a successful and long-term distributor partnership with FKT.
